New meeting structure – the “girl executive board”
We are going to use an “executive board” format this year in the troop, and it will have the following positions (Girls should email Kirby with their “pitch” on what they would like to do):
- Troop President
- Recognitions/Awards (inc. silver award)
- Treasurer
- Girl Journey Chair (coordinate sessions/activities around Amaze, our Cadette Journey)
- Girl Cookie Chair(s) (fill out forms, keep rest of troop on track with due dates and goals)
- Secretary/Recorder
- Girl Activities Chair
